How are Hermanitas selected?
The Hermanitas committee of MANA de Topeka selects young women who may benefit from the program.

When selecting participants is there a parent info session?
Parents and legal guardians are active participants in the process.  Parents/legal guardians do participate in the orientation process with girls and mentors.

 What are the benefits of the Hermanitas program?
The primary goal of the program is leadeship development with an emphasis on post-secondary education.  The program supports young women, with their families, attain that goal through various activities.  Hermanitas have access to positive influences, and leadership training.

How much does the program cost for Hermanitas?
Hermanitas pay an annual $5 membership fee to MANA.
